To view divorce records open to the public, you can navigate to the public access site at https://ccmspa.pinellascounty.org/PublicAccess/default.aspx. Once there, click on the “Civil, Family case records” tab and search for the party by name or other information. You can then view case numbers, party information, attorney information, and dates of the divorce case among other details.
Marriage records are also viewable online fromm May 1972 to the current date. To view records, navigate to their official records page at https://officialrecords.mypinellasclerk.gov/. Select how you’d like to view records by date, document type, etc. If viewing by document type, only 5000 records can be shown at a time, so you’ll need to refine your search.
