The Pinellas County Jail is located off 49th Street, between Ulmerton Road and Roosevelt Boulevard, next to the Criminal Justice Center. It is the only jail in Pinellas County and is rather large, sitting on 54 acres of land in central Pinellas County. It serves all law enforcement agencies and has the capacity to hold 3,000 inmates, including pre-trial and sentenced offenders.

The Pinellas County Jail is located at 14400 49th Street North, Clearwater, FL 33762-2877. Scheduling a visit must be done by the midnight before, and no same day visits will be accommodated.
