What are minutes?

Minutes are official recorded notes of a meeting or court proceeding. You can request copies of minutes from the Pinellas County Clerk of Court’s office or view them online at https://mypinellasclerk.org.

Can birth records be viewed online?

Yes, ou can also request copies of birth certificates by mail or online through the Bureau of Vital Statistics of Florida. However, hospital birth records are not public records and can only be requested by the individual or their legal representative at the hospital where the birth occurred.

Are high school diplomas available for purchase?

No, high school diplomas are not available for purchase from the County Clerk’s office. You can obtain a copy of your high school diploma by contacting the school you attended or by requesting a transcript. Fees may apply.
